So far, you were able to add a Support Staff, to specific task Categories. E.g. if you have anyone who takes care of all the academic test prep, you could have assigned all tasks related to that, to a specific support staff within your company.
Over the last few weeks, we have enhanced that feature, making it possible to assign a specific support staff to every athlete. That means that you may have a dedicted support staff for a specific athlete, while still being able to assign specific tasks within a task category (E.g. all academic related tasks) to another support staff.
You may use the new feature by going to Athletes > Configuration > Support Staff > Select the resective support staff from the list
