We're thrilled to announce that our latest software update is now live! This update is packed with powerful new features and enhancements, all designed to streamline your recruiting process and offer unparalleled flexibility and efficiency. Here’s what’s new: 

Settings:
  • Email Integration for Recruiting Experts: Seamlessly integrate your email with our platform for more efficient communication. 
  • Email Integration for Athletes: Athletes can now integrate their own email accounts, to be managed within their personal settings. 
  • Add a Signature: Quickly add or change your Email Signature

Dashboard:
  • Daily Limit View: Keep track of your daily activity with ease, thanks to our new daily limit view feature. Please note that every email provider has a specific limit on how many emails can be sent per day. (Google Workspace has a limit of 1000 Emails / day) You may change the limit in the Email Settings. However, please make sure to check with your service provider what your daily limit is and that you set your limit signifantly below your actual limit, to ensure you don't run into problems. 
     



Tasks:
  • CC all Stakeholders: Now, you can add anyone in CC to the task-emails you send, enhancing transparency and collaboration. If the parents email is added to the atheltes' profile, it is being suggested. Altneratively you may simpy write it into the box.
     



Mail: 
  • Synced Emails: Communications with clients and coaches are now automatically synced with your Smarthlete account. 
  • Improved Email Management: Easily navigate through your Inbox, Sent, Unread, and Archived emails. 
  • Athlete-Specific Email Search: Quickly select and search for emails related to specific athletes. 
  • Inbox and Sent Differentiation: Clearly differentiate between emails received and those you've sent.

Find a University:
  • Bulk Actions: Add universities to athletes' longlists and contact multiple coaches (including Head and Assistant Coaches) in bulk. You can send hundreds of emails with one click.
  • Relate Athletes to Communications: Track and relate which coaches have been contacted with an athlete’s profile. 
  • Custom Email Composition: Write your own subject lines and add athletes' information to the body of the email, with the flexibility of sending emails as if manually done from your provider. 
University

  • Athlete Email Provider Configuration: Configure settings to allow athletes to use their own email providers. 
     



View of Your Athletes:
  • Shared Inbox: See all email exchanges your athletes have with coaches, offering a comprehensive view of the communication flow.
