We are so excited to inform you of our latest long-awaited news: we are now live with Smarthlete 2.0.
As announced before, we've given our recruiting platform a complete make-over, allowing you to structure your daily work with athletes and college coaches in an even better way.
Let us give you the lowdown on things, with regards to the new features:
What's new?
New Interface, also mobile
We've not just worked on the desktop interface, but also the mobile version, as we're fully aware of the fact that your clients are likely on-the-go, rather than desktop users.
Recruiting Profiles
Besides a fresh look, you are in the driver's seat to make the recruiting profile stand out from the crowd.
- What goes in the bar up top, which a coach gets to see in an instant?
- Which contact details do you want to provide for coaches, in case they wanted to get someone else's take? Parent's, junior/club/high school coach?
Flexible Configuration
We have added new formats, such as grid vs. table view ("Find a University" or "Athletes") for all of our users. The same goes for situations, which sees you more or less involved with an athlete and what kind of rights you assign to the athlete.
For white-labeled users, Smarthlete 2.0 comes with a lot more flexibility with regards to branding and your appearance towards your athletes.
Color codes, image & even displayed title / subtitle for the login page.
Coaching Staff Contact Details
College A announced a new head women's lacrosse & College B a new men's / women's Wrestling coach?
As soon as we make those changes in our backend, you'll get informed about it on your Dashboard.
Add to this the fact that email addresses are now displayed and you've got a situation which allows you to reach out to coaches directly through Smarthlete of course, but in case you still had to send an individual email to share any documents, simply copy the email address from the respective coach profile.
In case you have any questions, we're available to make sure you're onboarded to Smarthlete 2.0 just the same way, we've onboarded you in the past.
