Over the last couple of weeks, we have made some structural changes in the database, which have to do with announcements by universities with regards to new programs, discontinued programs or division / conference changes. This is an ongoing, daily process and we will keep you updated in the Fall with any further structural changes.

NCAA SCHOOLS - Queens University of Charlotte transitions from D-II to D-I (ASUN Conference)
- Lindenwood University transitions from D-II to D-I (Ohio Valley Conference)
- University of Southern Indiana transitions from D-II to D-I (Ohio Valley Conference)
- Stonehill College transitions from D-II to D-I (Northeast Conference)
- Texas A&M University Commerce transitions from D-II to D-I (Southland Conference)
- Edward Waters University moves from NAIA to NCAA D-II (Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference)
- University of Hartford will transition to D-III (Commonwealth Coast Conference). Changes already done now, although 2022-2023 is the school's final season in D-I.
NAIA SCHOOLS
- Indiana University - Purdue University Columbus (IUPUC)
Adds Cross Country (M&W), Softball, Baseball from Fall 2022 onwards, Soccer (M&W) to follow from Fall 2023 onwards - Oakwood University from Fall 2022
Basketball (M&W), Soccer (M&W), Volleyball (W) from Fall 2022, Baseball and Softball to follow from Spring 2023. - North American University from Fall 2022.
Basketball (M&W), Soccer (M&W), Track / Field (M&W), Football. - Southern University at New Orleans from Fall 2022.

- Expected new NAIA member school: Holy Patriot University from Fall 2023.

Currently operating without conference affiliation, but the athletics director has indicated they will become a NAIA school. We preliminarily list them as affiliated with Red River Athletic Conference, due to location, subject to changes.
